When we think about improving our health, it’s easy to imagine strict diets, intense workouts or major lifestyle changes. But the truth is, just 10 to 15 minutes a day can make a real difference to how you feel, move, and live on and off the course.
Golf & Wellbeing:
Across Australia, men are facing rising levels of stress, inactivity and preventable health issues. The good news? There’s no need to overhaul your life to make a positive change. Golf is already a great way to support both your physical and mental wellbeing, even a short session can go a long way.
What You Can Do in Just 15 Minutes:
- Walk a few holes instead of using a cart
- Do some light stretching before or after your round
- Try a few bodyweight exercises like squats or lunges
- Enjoy a mindful moment on the green or between holes
- Refuel with a healthy snack
- Catch up with a friend over a social round

In his words, being outdoors among nature is “always an inspiration” and by carrying his own clubs, he gets plenty of exercise along the way. He also enjoyed reconnecting with others on the course by getting to know the players he has been paired with .
